Is AT&T a problem?
From what I have heard, AT&T is becoming, or has become, a problem to the people in Dixon and companies doing business in Dixon. Some of the comments/complaints:
What I would like to do is gather as much background, as to the above, as possible from Dixon users and ISP's doing business in Dixon and send a complain and request for action to the California Public Utilities Commission. I would do this by making a request to the Dixon City Council that our action would be a resolution of "findings" by the council.
Please send me as much detailed information of your experience with AT&T, even if the problem was corrected - how long did it take and what was the cause.
